At INBUILD UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
Secure Packaging
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and pack it securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection for larger hardware items.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
